The Echo Early Music Festival is a new festival located in Asheville, North Carolina. Unique throughout the Southern Mountains, the festival provides an opportunity for musicians and early music enthusiasts to come together for a week of exciting programs. We are a project of Keowee Chamber Music, a 501c3 not-for-profit corporation, so contributions are tax deductible. Like most performance organizations, the EEMF is confronted with the financial reality that ticket sales are expected to cover only about half of operating expenses for our programs. Because of the extraordinary generosity of our musicians and the hundreds of volunteer administrative hours put in behind the scenes, the festival budget is extremely modest. Substitution of in-kind services is welcomed for those wishing to become involved in sponsorship and advertising. Donations Donations in any amount are appreciated, and will be recognized in the concert program. Please consider your means and the needs of the festival. Volunteering Volunteers are needed in many capacities. From ticket-taking to legal consultation to stage construction, you’d be surprised how valuable your skills are.
